2) In the absence of carrying out incarceration of the above criminals by no later than 30 July 2010, that both Governor Perdue and Chief Justice Parker immediately resign from every elective or appointive Office of public trust which they may hold, and that they surrender themselves for incarceration without bail to the nearest Federal Marshall, or at the US Attorney's Office EDNC, 310 New Bern Avenue, Raleigh NC.
Still hoping Gov Bev will do the right thing.
[Judges-on-Trial] 024: To Dis- or not to Dis- ?
On the 4th Anniversary of committing the crimes of Grand Larceny and Attempted Murder by a sitting Judge in Rockingham County NC, at which time the State of NC stole everything I owned, NC Gov Bev and Chief Justice Sarah were given a deadline for removing 4 known Felonious Lawyers, including 2 sitting Judges, from an Election Ballot where they each had no opposition, and therefore RockCo voters could not throw these criminals out of Office on November 2nd.
A Reprieve was granted for 25 days to allow more time, and 3 more non-Lawyer Felons were identified on the same Ballot. If the new deadline of July 30th passed without fulfilling their Oath of Office, then I said I'd forevermore refer to them as The Dishonorable Gov Bev and The Dishonorable Chief Justice Sarah.
That generated some gentle discussion from several readers: did such a title disrespect the Office or the Felonious Officeholder? After some more soul searching, here's my decision:
Since the title Honorable is not often used except in formal situations, in order not to offend some readers, I will attach Honorable to each Email address and to each title of guilty Honorable Public Officeholders. That way, whenever you see Honorable SO&SO, you know my use of it is purely facetious, waggishly intending to mean Dishonorable, like being forced to call a Judge "Your Honor" when you know he has none.
___________________________
Honorable Chief Justice Sarah administers Oath of Office to new Honorable Gov Bev in Jan 2009. The Oath, similar to those taken by all NC Public Officeholders, promises to honor the North Carolina Constitution, which requires them -- no matter what Office they hold -- to report crimes which they become aware of in a timely manner. Honorable Gov Bev has refused to release the content of the Oath she swore. What she swears at on a personal basis probably does include my name, with a reference to my parentage, and the Almighty.
___________________________
Part of the dishonor Honorable Gov Bev brings to her Office, in addition to failing to honor her Oath of Office, is this statement, sent as a return Email to those who contact her: "If you submitted a question or request for assistance, we look forward to following up with you in a timely manner."
Of the 213 times that Honorable Gov Bev has sent me this promise, those times which she has had anyone do a follow-up with me is an astounding number: Zero.
You can have Honorable Gov Bev lie to you, too, simply by sending any Email -- even a blank one with NO Subject specified -- to governor.office@nc.gov I just tested this out. Got the same message back to an empty Email. Hummm. Q: How is she going to refer that one to anyone? A: The same way she does all of them: not at all.
Honorable Gov Bev has lied hundreds more times in Emails that I've collected as evidence, to requests sent from many different Email addresses. Works like a charm, every time.

Here's how Honorable Gov Bev keeps us all laughing at jokes she makes. Her lackey over at NCDP HQ, StateDemoPartyChair and Slumlord David Young sent this on Aug 4th as a one-item Special Edition Party Newsletter, to toot the horn of Honorable Gov Bev because she put him in as the Honorable Blue Dog Dem Chair to block 4 years of Progressive destruction from the Honorable LGBT StateDemoParty Chair and Lawyer Jerry Meek. Here's what this Honorable State Chair wanted everyone to know:
Dear (no name was specified)
I wanted to take a moment and make sure you knew that earlier this week Gov. Bev Perdue signed ethics and good government legislation into law to help restore confidence in our state's government.
Democratic state lawmakers crafted and approved an ethics bill that . . . expands personnel information that must be released to the public about state employees so that we can level the playing field and get a better account of who is working for the people of this state.
In signing the ethics and good government legislation, Gov. Bev Perdue said: "If you've got the good of the public at heart, then there is no place in this enterprise for personal gain."
No truer words have been spoken. I am proud to be a Democrat and I am proud of Gov. Perdue and the Democratic leaders for their good work in making this legislation the law of the land.
Sincerely, David Young
=====================================
What made this Newsletter so laugh producing was 3 fold: 1) Honorable Blue Dog David Young is the 2nd most unethical State Democratic Party Chair in history, allowing Jerry Meek's illicit Progressive Groups to continue to lie, cheat and steal from the Party for an additional 1 1/2 years;
2) Honorable Gov Bev will see to it that no one uses the State for personal gain, but she is fully in favor of the State using crooked Honorable Judges to steal anything the State wants from any person or any business; and
.
3) every single one of 170 Honorable Legislators who voted for or against this omnibus Ethics Bill knows full well that they have also made some Legislation the Law of the Land which encourages all Honorable Judges to steal from citizens whenever they choose to, with impunity. Such Honorable Felons may register to re-run again for Public Office with the full blessing of Honorable Gov Bev and Honorable Chief Justice Sarah.
____________________________
When it became clear that Honorable Gov Bev would not forward any of my Pleas for Help to anyone in State Government -- even tho she promised me repeatedly each week, in writing, that she would -- I decided to start Emailing Honorable State Agencies directly, hoping I might find at least one (1) which followed Ethical Standards of honesty and decency. Some, like 170 Honorable Legislators, have been individually getting 23 Reports for the past 17 months. Other Honorable State Agencies have been receiving all 8 evidentiary Editions, beginning with #016 on 11 June 2010.
Future [Judges-on-Trial] Editions will layout the full extent of guilty parties to these crimes. Each person listed below is an employee of Government, paid from Taxpayer funds. Each one has sworn to the same or a similar Oath of Office as did Honorable Gov Bev.
Each of these Top 35 Indicted Honorable State/County/Federal Employees listed below in this Round One is guilty at least of failure to honor their Oath of Office, on up to willful conspiracy to conceal knowledge of a felonious crime. (presented alphabetically by Honorable Indicted last names.)

[Judges-on-Trial] 025: Eight behind the 8 ball
"Behind the 8 ball" is a colloquial expression taken from a game of Pool, which essentially means:
in trouble, stymied or thwarted, in an awkward position, or out of luck. While it's exact origin is much disputed, anyone finding him- or herself idiomatically
"behind the 8 ball" knows it when they sees it.

To the 7 Felons previously discovered as Incumbents on the November Ballot in Rockingham County NC, there is now added an 8th, an Officer of the Court who has participated in crimes of Grand Larceny and Attempted Murder: J Mark Pegram, unopposed Candidate for Clerk of Court.
Sorry, Mark, if you thought you had escaped punishment for your crime. As the sitting Clerk of Court who lied to my face the second day after I was suddenly evicted from my home and business without warning of any kind, you of all people, know that this Felony was committed by the State of North Carolina 8 days later, which makes you an Accessory Before- and After-a-Felony-Crime for attempting to cover up for 2 guilty Judges with your silence.
And now, your name is found on the November Ballot with them, expecting that known Felons who think they got away with their crimes can be re-elected to Office to continue to mutually cover for their criminal behavior. Here's a review of the criminals which Janet Odell, Director of the Rockingham Co Board of Elections, recently claimed were on the Nov Ballot:
Eight (8) elected Felons who have violated their Oath of Office.
Seven (7) Felons who are residents of Rockingham County.
Six (6) Officers of the Court who are each guilty of a Felony.
Five (5) Felons who have no opposing Candidate on the Ballot.
Four (4) Lawyers The State Bar refuses to charge with their crimes.
Three (3) Legislators aware that their law allowed this crime to occur.
Two (2) Judges who signed Orders, stealing everything I owned.
One (1) District Attorney who refuses to prosecute any of these criminals.
_____________________________
During the 6 years I made the city of Eden my residence in Rockingham County, I ran my small business and tended my garden at my pleasant and comfortable home. Since I was putting down my roots for the last time with a wonderful woman I'd married among family and friends in our backyard there, beneath pear trees from which I made wine served at out wedding, I started attending meetings of the local Democratic Party, becoming active in electing local officials.
Of the 8 Felons on the November Ballot, I actively worked to elect the Democratic Clerk of Court Mark Pegram, and State House Rep Nelson Cole. I worked to defeat Republican Candidates, including NC Senate Minority Leader Phil Berger Sr, his son District Attorney Phil Berger Jr, State House Rep Bryan Holloway, and Sheriff Sam Page.
The remaining 2 Felons, both District Court Judges, I did not know anything about, had never met, and do not know to this day what Party they belong to.
In addition, Felonious Judges I actively supported and worked with who are not on this Nov Ballot are Democrats Chief Judge Ed Wilson, my neighbor Superior Court Judge Rick Stone, and retired Superior Court Judge Melzer "Pat" Morgan Jr.
The only 2 people in this tangle of lies on the Ballot who I did not know at all were the 2 Judges who activated this crime, Stanley Allen and Frederick Wilkins. I did not know their names until last Spring when they signed up for re-election on this November's Ballot, referring to them for years in my writings as the Anonymous Judge(s).
For the longest time, I was not sure if this was one Judge who signed 2 Orders, or 2 different Judges, because neither the 2 Sheriff's Deputies who evicted me at 10:30 at night, nor Clerk of Court Mark Pegram who I went to see at the Courthouse the next morning, could read the scrawl of the Judge who signed my eviction Order. I have decided it was 2 different Judges, although I could be wrong.
A brief summary of these interactions
At about 10 pm on June 27, 2006, I was working in my office in my home at 541 S Hamilton Street in Eden NC when I noticed out the window a car with headlights on parked for some time at the curb near my rear driveway on Seymour Court. I went to the back door to go see what it was, and 2 armed Sheriff's Deputies came thru under my grape arbor. I asked what they wanted. One asked if I was (stated my full name). I said yes, and they continued up on the small deck I had built at the back door. They seemed embarrassed and confused, one saying they were out in their car so long because they thought they were at the wrong address. A prominent Lawyer and a Superior Court Judge lived on one-block long Seymour Court. The neighborhood caused their confusion. Clearly, they were used to delivering such eviction Orders in the dead of night to poor neighborhoods.
LEFT: Corner of deck where Deputies sent by Order of Honorable
Judge Stan Allen arrived to evict me. I built deck to replace rotting
steps for our marriage which happened a few feet away.
Bridesmaid: Adrienne, Joyce's daughter; Best man, Brinkley, my son.
In attendance, my former wife and her former husband and mother.
All were swept out of my life forever by Order signed by Honorable
Judge Fredrick Wilkins on 7/5/06.
The Deputy who had a voice said I had to leave my home, immediately that Tuesday night, and that I could take only my toothbrush, shaving gear, and some clothing. Having just returned from teaching an out of town weekend workshop for an Arts Council 2 days before, and with followup work to do, I said this was my business, and I needed my business records. He said I could not have them, not even phone numbers, but could go to the Clerk of Court the next day and he would allow me to return with a Deputy escort. They insisted that if I refused to go they would arrest me. One said this was not a criminal action, and that I would not be arrested if I cooperated. Since I knew the Clerk of Court personally, I decided to straighten this out tomorrow.
He asked if I had a weapon in the house. I told them I had never owned a gun. They both followed me upstairs to our bedroom, as the one with a voice read poorly from some papers in broken run-on phrases which made no sense as I collected my gear. I was forced to turn over any keys I had to my home and to my business Studio building.
Frightened and totally shaken by their threats of arrest, I went to a service station and I bought my first pack of cigarettes in decades. (I wasn't able to stop smoking for 3 years, until 30 Mar 09, when taxes were going to double the price on 1 Apr. My choice: cigarettes or food. I choose food.)
But back on that fateful night in 06, I drove to nearby VA to find a motel for the night, chain smoking all the way. A winemaker, I refused to go to alcohol for comfort, needing to keep my brain clear. I felt safer being in another State, but not by much.
The next morning, I drove to the Courthouse in Wentworth, taking a long way around to avoid driving thru Eden. I located Mark, the Clerk of Court, and said I needed to get into my home to attend to business, and that I had been promised he could arrange it. He said, no, that the Deputies had lied to get me out of the house. He looked at the papers I handed him, and said I had to appear in Court on July 5th, and that nothing could be done until then.
He said that if I could not afford a lawyer, one would be provided. He pointed out Joe Maddrey and Doug Hux who were passing thru the outer office, but I said no. Joe lived across the street from me, and I worked with Doug in the Democratic Party. Mark said he could do nothing, and if I made any attempt to retrieve my business property, I would be arrested and jailed, that I had to wait until July 5th.
Using what little cash I had, from my VA motel (it was too horribly hot to sleep in my van) I wrote to some of my adult glass students, asking them to loan me $20 each, and enough did that I continued to eat that week. To save money, for 3 days, including the 4th of July, I camped out near the much cooler Blue Ridge Parkway in my van, taking a motel room the night of the 4th to clean up. I eventually paid back each student, as promised, except for one anonymous donation.
When I arrived at Court at 9 am, a Judge I'd never seen moved my case to the afternoon in a smaller courtroom. I went to hang out in a public library not in Eden, where it was air conditioned. That same Judge cleared the courtroom before my case began. He refused to allow me a lawyer, saying I had to defend myself. No one told me what charges were being brought against me. As my prosecutor, this Judge coaxed the only witness he presented against me, and refused to allow me to cross-examine her. Without knowing what he wanted, why I was there, nor what the consequences could be, he cut my attempt at testimony short, saying he had made his decision. He said I could not have my business property, nor anything else I owned in North Carolina. If I made any attempt to retrieve my business property, or anything I owned, I would be arrested and jailed.
I went to stay with a couple I knew in VA. Not knowing what else to do, I filed End of Business papers for my quarter-century old Lightworks Studio with the NC Dept of Revenue, and attempted to open a new business, Regeneration Glass with help from friends in VA. I was desperate to keep my essential business contacts going for my only source of income.
The State of North Carolina had stolen all of my business property, including my stock glass, finished inventory, tools, kilns, and all records I needed to file 2006 State and Federal income taxes. The State of North Carolina stole my federal Passport and all other personal property, including retirement savings, furniture and other things which had belonged to my parents, and collections from a lifetime of teaching in Colleges and Universities. The State of North Carolina stole my garden in Eden, 6 years of my improvements to the Eden House and Studio, and destroyed my family. To this day, 4 years and 50 days later, not one single item which the State of North Carolina stole from me has ever been returned.
I have tried to deny that this bothers me, when it did; deny that it affects me, which it does; tried to move on without looking back. But such denial does not serve any useful purpose. Just being able finally to look at this like an outsider would, without being reduced to inaction by the pain of it, has taken years. I can face what happened, even when the criminals who caused it cannot.

When the 75th Anniversary of Social Security occurred last Saturday, Aug 14th, a wave of realizations swept over me. First, that SS is only 6 years older than I am. Second, that it was the Liberals of that time who fought hardest to defeat SS.
Liberal-Criticism-of-Franklin-Roosevelt-and-The-New-Deal
And Third, that if it were not for FDR fighting to pass SS, I'd be living under a bridge, or dead by now, due to actions of these Felons of Rockingham County. My re-started business collapsed with the Global Economy, taking with it my invested savings. Now I live, for the time being, in poverty without healthcare, exclusively on Social Security and a borrowed veggie garden I have expanded each of 3 seasons. I'm currently canning food for this Winter.
I understand from the aftermath of the Felonies committed by the State of North Carolina in that courtroom on July 5th 2006, that it was fully the intent of the anonymous lawyer clinging to the rear wall in that emptied courtroom (who I fully believe had exparte conversations with Judge Wilkins prior to hearing my case), that everything I owned should be stolen from me, and that I would die in poverty from the trauma which they chose to induce. That was the plan. There is no other rational explanation for the crime which occurred that afternoon, which I was forced to watch unfold.
This case has been reported by snail mail and Email hundreds of times to dozens of NC Agencies and Public Employes, specifically most recently in evidentiary detail to the Honorable NC Governor and Honorable Chief Justice of the NC Supreme Court, and hundreds of other Judges and lawyers both inside and outside NC. Absolutely no one has lifted a finger to examine the injustice of this case, nor to investigate the Felony Crimes which were committed. Now, 8 Felons are on the Nov Ballot. Five Felons cannot be defeated by RockCo voters, because they have no opposing Candidate.
The 8 Ball which they are all hiding behind for protection is Honorable Governor Bev Perdue who is fully aware of all crimes committed by each of her State employees.
Because FDR struggled with his polio twisted body to secure protections of Social Security for people like me who he would never know, my murder by Honorable Governor Perdue, and those who serve her, has thus far been thwarted. According to Honorable Judge Wilkins' original plan, I should be dead and gone by now, and he free and clear of his crime.
FDR rests in Heaven, a whole spirit free of his pain, as his reward for what he did for us while here. Beverly Perdue, Sarah Parker, Fredrick Wilkins & Stanley Allen, and all the others who fail to receive equal Justice in this lifetime, shall enjoy their deserved Justice of Eternal Hellfire in the next, if there is a just God in this Universe.
For the record, I shall continue to call these criminals Honorable, because it is the very last thing they could ever be.

Sad for the future Gov Bev chose for herself.
