[Judges-on-Trial] 021:  Gov Bev is granted a Reprieve

Original deadline:  3:45 pm, Monday, July 5, 2010,
exactly 4 years after this Judicial Felony was committed.

New extended deadline:  3:45 pm, Friday, July 30, 2010,
7 weeks after 1st Notice was published on June 11, 2010.

In Edition 020, I wrote that if Gov Bev and Chief Justice Sarah did not remove 4 proven felonious Criminals from the Nov Ballot in Rockingham County NC, by no later than the 4th Anniversary of their crimes on July 5th, I'd add a permanent descriptor in front of their names, as in Criminal Chief Justice Sarah.

One of the folks I trust to proofread and fact-check Emails I write came back with this:

I'm not comfortable with disrespecting the Governor or Chief Justice... all the other lower lawyers, jokers and office-holders I have no respect for them whether I know of them or not. And I don't have a problem with the phrase "Criminal Gov & Criminal Chief Justice". But Gene, Governor Perdue if for no other reason than her office deserve respect across the board, as does the Chief Justice. That's my only comment, otherwise everything reads well.

So, I changed the wording, and later decided to grant the Gov and Chief Justice a Reprieve.  I'm giving them 7 weeks since I first issued my challenge in Edition 016 on June 11th.  That should be easy enough. The State gave me 8 days in solitude to try to figure out what was going on when this Felony was committed, never once telling me what could happen in that closed courtroom 4 years ago.

These Lawyers know exactly what they have failed to do, and what they must do if they hope to avoid disbarment.
_____________________________

Four years ago on the last Monday in June, I made my first and only zucchini bread from a huge zuch that got away in my Eden garden while I was off teaching a stained glass workshop for the Arts Council in nearby Danbury.  I called my loving wife Joyce at work as a nutritionist at the Council on Aging to advise me on a recipe to use from her book shelf collection.

I sliced the 2 loaves and sent them still warm, wrapped in a basket with my wife to her RockCoDem Party meeting early that evening.  When she got home, she told me the DA arrived late from court, and used slices of my bread for her supper. The only thing my wife did not tell me for 11 hours was this:

Before the DA arrived, Joyce was suddenly fired without warning from her elected job as Chair of the Rockingham Co Democratic Party, by State Party Chair Jerry Meek, working thru his local henchmen, Dick Cartwright and Patricia Morris of Madison, as directed by State Party Vice Chair Delmas Parker.  Meek planned this political assassination of my wife from the State Convention in High Point the 2 days previous, hoping to silence my Statewide Email criticism of his corruption of the State Party.

Narcissist Joyce was so embarrassed at being fired from her first ever elected political office that she waited 11 hours to tell her best friend, laying beside me, lying all night, stewing in her grief, waiting until she left for work Tuesday morning.  I called Cartwright, who held no Party Office at the time, to confirm details, and asked him why he did not talk to us about this. He indicated he was taking orders from State Vice Chair Delmas Parker.

All co-conspirators had been at the State Executive Committee meeting the Sunday afternoon before that Monday night they fired Joyce, where Cartwright and Morris had gotten their marching orders from Jerry thru Delmas.

After my call to Cartwright, I composed a long Email and sent details of what happened out to hundreds of Democrats in RockCo and elsewhere.  But my wife did not return home to see the Emails sent back to her begging her not to resign, tho I tried calling and emailing her at work all day.  At 10:30 that same Tuesday night, two armed deputies evicted me from her house:  our home, my glass business, and my garden.

The next and final time I was allowed by the State of NC to see Joyce was in a courtroom 8 days later on July 5th, where a Lawyer I had never met, had their crooked Judge I'd never met, steal everything I owned, hoping that by throwing me into poverty, I could not survive, and would die. It took me 3 years to discover the names of these anonymous Judges, when I learned they had filed to run for re-election this November.

Judge Frederick Wilkins Jr would not allow me to speak to my wife in his courtroom, continuing a threat made by Judge Stanley Allen when I was evicted, that if I did, I'd be thrown in jail.  That traumatizing threat was made over and over again during the 8 days, and threats continued to be made after the trial.  Once months later, a threat was volunteered by an Eden police detective by Email, who, so far as I knew, had nothing to do with this case.

For six wonderful years we shared our lives together, but instantly, after that Tuesday night, the State of North Carolina said I was never to speak to my wife again.  Criminal Judge Fred Wilkins abused his power, and permanently divorced us on that day after Independence Day 2006.

I was given the freedom to die.  Joyce was given the freedom to go to her new lover, her boss at work, and to pay off her judge in kind, who I had been forced to watch drool while my wife sat just inches from him on the witness stand as he coaxed the answers he wanted to hear from her in his emptied courtroom.  He expected her to be appreciative for getting rid of her husband.

Both felonious District Judges are up for re-election in November, as are the felonious District Attorney, Phil Jr, and his felonious father, Republican State Senator Phil Berger Sr, whom Joyce and I had tried to defeat.  Rockingham County voters cannot vote any of of these Felons out of Office in November, because all of them are unopposed.

None of the 60 other Lawyers in the County would dare go up against them, tho they had each been told of this crime by letter several times.  Why should they rock the boat?  All were shielded from disbarment by the guilt of a few.
_____________________________

And so, NC Chief Justice Sarah Parker:  while you're waiting on the Governor's decision determining your future, I'd like you to try to comprehend what happened on July 5th 2006, by trying a short, simple thought experiment.

Sometime when you're alone at your home, go thru your rooms and notice everything there.  Include every room and storage area, attic to basement, out buildings and grounds. Pay particular attention to objects you have a great fondness for.

Come back to a comfortable room, dimly lit.  Sit and close your eyes for 5 minutes.  During-four-and-a half minutes, retrace your visits in your mind's eye, moving thru the same places.  Notice such things as furniture from your deceased parent's home. Include the fruit trees you planted, and peonies you brought from your Mother's yard, which had come down from her Mother's Mother.

During the final half-minute, imagine the horror of watching everything vanish, area by area, until the whole house itself disappears forever, all because some shittyass District Court Judge ordered the State to take it from you.

Imagine that when you open your eyes, nothing you have collected during your lifetime is there anymore, and never will be again, including everything in your Judicial Offices, and every member of your family.

That overwhelming feeling of loss which will not go away, Chief Justice Sarah, is approximately how I felt when your Judge stole everything I once owned.

But you cannot feel it for real, because you are only imagining it.  You know when you open you eyes, all your possessions will still be there.  You cannot imagine what it feels like to instantly be thrust into a Prison of Poverty for the rest of your life, abused and confused by the Law, but knowing every day that comes:  you cannot escape.

Then overlay these facts:  you did nothing wrong;  you were charged with no crime;  you were proven guilty of nothing;  you were denied the right to cross examine the only witness presented against you.  Whatever you were convicted of, you know not what it was;  and so, there was nothing you could have done to prevent this from happening.  Nothing.

For the remainder of your life, each time you absent mindedly reach out for a favorite cup, a tool, a book, a photograph, any piece of remembrance, it shall not be there, not ever again.

The only thing you will have to remind you of a half-century of your service to others will be your memories.
______________________________

You and Gov Bev have until 3:45 pm on Friday, July 30 to remove all Felons from the November ballot in Rockingham County.   A word of caution:  there are more criminals on that Ballot than just the 4 Lawyers who have been indicted thus far.

And here is my final question to you, Your Honor.  I can comprehend how you could live in Denial about what your shittyass District Court Judges did to me and my family.

But why would you take your own well lived and respected life, and trash it so thoroughly?

The criminal mind never believes it will be caught . . . now, go surprise everyone by doing something right.

[Judges-on-Trial] 022: Felonious Legislators

Residents of NC's Capital City breathed a sigh of relief at 5:33 am on July 10th as the General Assembly pulled an all-nighter to closed the doors on its Short Session.  Raleigh folks are safe again until noon on Jan 26, 2011.

When I entered NC State College in Raleigh as a freshman in 1959, one of the most prophetic Words of Wisdom I heard in Jan '60 was this:  Lock up your women and dogs.  Legislators are coming to town!

Never in my wildest imagination could I have dreamed up what these Legislators would do to try to destroy my life a half-century later.  But they did.  And the worst of it is that each of the current 50 State Senators and 120 State House Representatives in my native State know they did it, and have known for several years.

At some point in time, the NC General Assembly passed a Law I never heard about, but it was applied to me on 27 June 2006 when a Rockingham County District Court Judge, without warning of any kind, and with a signature which no one could read, instantly evicted me from my home and business, by Sheriff's Deputies at 10:30 that night.

For 8 days I was threatened a dozen times, by every Court and Law Official I came into contact with, that I would be arrested and thrown in Jail if I made any attempt to access my business property to keep it in operation.  I had been charged with nothing.  I was guilty of nothing.

On the 8th day, in a closed trial held in a courtroom emptied so there would be no witnesses to the crime about to be committed, I was forced by another District Court Judge to try to defend myself against I knew not what, having not been provided the Lawyer I was promised by the Clerk of Court, whom I had helped elect.  I was not allowed to cross-examine the only witness this Judge presented against me.

Within less than an hour, when the Judge cut my testimony short because he had a golf game to get to (or a liaison with his client, my wife), everything I owned in North Carolina was stolen from me. If I made any attempt to access any of my property, business or personal, I would be immediately thrown in Jail.

One of the perks of being a District Court Judge, as every Legislator knows, is open access to women who appear before them. The RockCo Courthouse is in the tiny village of Wentworth, where the woman who became my wife worked as a Home Economist for County Extension Service for 23 years before retiring.  She is a beautiful woman, and that she was not known to this Judge is an impossibility. I was forced to watch him droll all over her as he coaxed the answers he wanted from her in the witness stand, only inches away from this lecher.

Not until this trial was over, and a Deputy was reading me the Judge's decision after everyone had left, did I have any idea what could have happened to me that day.  It was only then that I learned everything I owned had been stolen.  That is what some unknown Law that the General Assembly passed did to my life.

I could not file my State or Federal income taxes for 2006, because the State of North Carolina had stolen all of my business records, along with my Federal Passport.  Everything I owned -- including collections of a lifetime of teaching in Colleges and Universities, Arts Councils and for Extension Service -- was taken from me forevermore.  I managed to rescue a tiny retirement account to restart a business in exile in another State, but Wall Street's collapse of the Global Economy wiped that out.  Now, I live in poverty, on Social Security, also because the State of North Carolina, thru an unknown Law the General Assembly passed, stole my Cornell University retirement funds which should have been worth about $150,000 by now.

The crimes which these 2 Judges committed are Felonies:  Grand Larceny and Attempted Murder.  A short while back, I stumbled across information on the Internet that both of these 2 Judges, and 2 other Felons who are also Lawyers in Rockingham County, and therefore are Officers of the Court, were all running for re-election on the November Ballot, unopposed.  It was because these guilty Judges filed to run for re-election that I finally, after 3 years, figured out what their names were.

DISTRICT COURT JUDGE DISTRICT 17A (ALLEN) (ALLEN SEAT)

No Lawyer in RockCo would dare challenge them, given that all 65 of these Officers of the Court were fully aware of the crimes, and were each also equally guilty of the Felony of attempting to cover up a Felony by their silence.  Their silence is a violation of their Oath of Office, requiring their permanent disbarment from the practice of Law.  You'd think that with all that practice, they might get it right some of the time?

For several years, I have been Emailing and snail-mailing updated details of these crimes as they have been discovered to many people in various elected Public Offices in NC.  This includes every sitting Member of the General Assembly.  I could go back and list each date this was done, for each Official, but that would take days of my time.  I do have copies of everything sent, and to whom it went.
_____________________________

One of the most absurd jokes on the Public has been the silly Dance of Lies that Gov Bev and the General Assembly have each been doing, called "We care about ETHICS!"  In one of her greatest jokes, Gov Bev claimed recently she was cleaning up corruption and cronyism in the Highway Patrol, while she knew she would not touch an even greater scandal:  total corruption of any Standards of Decency within the NC Judiciary System.

I almost laughed myself silly each week as NC Senate Minority Leader Phil Berger Sr posted his Newsletter, whining about how the Republicans were trying so hard to pass an Ethics Bill, "but dem bad ole' Democrats just woodn't let 'em!"

All the while, RockCoLawyer Phil knew that he AND his RockCoDistrictAttorney son, Phil Jr, were 100% guilty of conspiring to cover up Felony crimes committed by RockCoJudges.   How can this man breathe, I wondered, with his head so far up his own butt?  If ever there was a Case History of a Sociopath living in a pure state of Denial, this was it.

Think not?  Then read this last paragraph from the last Email of the Short Session sent by Berger Sr:

Senator Phil Berger, Senate Republican Leader:  "Ethics reform legislation continues to work its way through the General Assembly as Republicans and Democrats in the Senate struck a compromise on a bill to strengthen penalties for officials who break the law and engage in corruption.  Ethics should not be a partisan issue and it is important that politicians from both parties come together to clean up the corruption that has plagued state government recently.  It is important to find consensus on these issue but it is critical that we put in place safeguards against corruption and strict penalties for those who engage in dishonest, unethical behavior.  We will continue to fight to see that the strongest ethics reform legislation becomes law."

Have you ever read anything so totally absurd?  The Head Felon in the General Assembly is calling for Ethics Reform!  And no Legislator lifts a finger to point him out.  This is how we allow known Sociopaths to get away with their crimes.

Let's see now.  If we start at the top of the current pile of known Felons, we have:

Gov Bev and her Council of State, including the Attorney General

Lt Gov Walter Dalton who presides over the Senate and every member of both the Senate and House;

Chief Justice Sarah Parker, her Supreme Court Justices, Judges on the NC Court of Appeals, her totally compromised and corrupted Judicial Standards Commission, and all Superior and District Court Judges in RockCo, both active and retired;

The NC State Bar Chief Counsel and every Lawyer in RockCounty which The State Bar licensed by having them swear an Oath to be honest in front of a Judge.

Of course, this is not all, but it's like they say about a hundred Lawyers chained to the ocean floor beside BP's oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico:  it's a good start.
_____________________________________

Is this an isolated case? Of course not.  These crimes happen all the time, in District Courts all across North Carolina, using the same corrupt Law.   But it happens to poor people, who cannot afford a Lawyer.  And local media totally ignore poor people. There are no juries in District Courts, and therefore Judges rule unchallenged. There is no supervision, and there are no Judicial Standards. There's no such thing as Legal Aid for poor people, as Lt Gov Bev wrote to me to seek years ago, thus acknowledging that she knew this crime was ongoing.  The only thing I know about the Law is that there is no Statute of Limitations for an ongoing crime.

Poor people have no one to complain to, even if they tried.  We've been cheated by Corporations, Governments, Lawyers and Judges all our lives.  We just roll with the punches.  What else can we do?  We know that the State spends huge amounts of money on Commissions and Committees which do absolutely nothing to rid the State of corruption.  They are fake-front organizations formed only to make the State look good, and to qualify for Federal Funds.  To get rid of corruption would mean exposing someone doing the corrupting, and no Commission or Committee Member has the guts to do that.

Just recently I sent information to Thomas V Bennett, Executive Director of NC Victims Assistance Network, as I have for ever similar organization I can find.  Not only did he NOT offer any assistance, but this SOB actually threatened to cut off my Internet service.  This Sociopath who is the paid Head of Victims Assistance beats up victims who come to him for help.  Naah. There's no corruption in North Carolina.  Their Website says Gov Bev praises them for the work they do, like writing up a truly worthless Victims' Rights Declaration.  What a total waste of money, absolutely useless to any victim.
____________________________________

I'm not sure, but I think you cannot sue Legislators for passing bad, even illegal laws, to collect damages for what they cause.  That sounds like the kind of Law they would pass first, for self-protection of their incompetence. The only option for Justice ordinary folks have is at the Ballot Box.

The best thing any NC voter of any Party can do for their State this November is this:  Vote out every single incumbent.  Every Felonious Legislator is up for re-election, unless they bailed out to keep from being voted out.  Every sitting Legislator, all 50 Senators and 120 House Reps are guilty of covering up Felony Crimes.

Actually, one Republican House Member did write to me, from Stokes County where I taught Stained Glass Workshops for the Arts Council for over a decade.  His district also extends barely into corrupt Rockingham County.  He wrote and asked what Law I was referring to. I wrote back that I did not know its name, but that he had been receiving descriptions of this crime on a regular basis and would continue.  Bryan, a school teacher, never wrote back.
____________________________________

Now the Legislature is shut down for 6 months. Do you feel any safer?  Of course, they passed no change to this corrupt Law, nor any Ethics Reform.  Surprise, surprise!  Walking around with their heads up their butts assures that they can tell voters that they never heard about any crime, so send them back to assume the position again.  Voters will have that choice in November.  Meanwhile, this is where we are, quoted from Edition 021:

Neither of the felonious Judges has opposition on the Nov Ballot, so there is no way for RockCo voters to stop these Felons from committing more crime.

In addition, nothing has been done to remove from the Ballot 2 additional unopposed Felons in RockCo, District Attorney Phil Berger Jr, and his State Senator father, Phil Berger Sr, who is also the Republican Minority Leader in the NC Senate.  Gov Bev is a Democrat who fears political repercussions from challenging corrupt Republicans.   Republican Legislators in the NC Senate continue to allow a known Felon to lead them, each aware for years that he is a criminal.  All Members of the General Assembly currently stand in violation of their Oath of Office.

Until such time as the Criminal Gov and the Criminal Chief Justice choose to act responsibly and in accord with their Oath of Office, they are each condemned by the same corruption which they allow to flourish inside the NC Judicial System.
_______________________________________

Repeated here is the Remedy sought in my Appeal to the Governor and Chief Justice as published on June 11, 2010, with updates:

1)   In the name of Equal Justice, that every guilty party in Rockingham County -- which includes every Judge, both sitting and retired;  the current District Attorney;  his father, the Minority Leader of the NC Senate; and every Lawyer who assisted commission of this crime, or has willfully attempted to cover it up -- be immediately removed from the Bench and/or State Bar, to be incarcerated without benefit of bail, placed on Trial for their crimes without benefit of counsel, and when convicted, for future protection of NC citizens, sent to prison for the remainder of their natural lives, without possibility of parole.

Everything which these Officers of the Court may own shall be immediately confiscated by the State, and used to establish a Foundation with the sole purpose of assisting North Carolina citizens in successfully filing complaints and charges against NC Judges; or

2)   In the absence of carrying out incarceration of the above criminals by no later than 30 July 2010,  that both Governor Perdue and Chief Justice Parker immediately resign from every elective or appointive Office of public trust which they may hold, and that they surrender themselves for incarceration without bail to the nearest Federal Marshall.

Respectfully submitted,

[Judges-on-Trial] 023:  More Felons found on Nov Ballot                   (Originally published July 26, 2010)

Memo to:  NC Gov Beverly Perdue and Chief Justice Sarah Parker

More Felons have been discovered on the Rockingham County NC November Ballot than just the 4 Lawyers reported to you previously, which you yourselves should know by now from your own investigations.

This discovery does NOT extend your Reprieve Deadline -- previously extended for twenty-five (25) days until July 30th -- for the purpose of allowing you additional working time to remove all Felons from the RockCo Ballot.  Please be advised that Editions of [Judges-on-Trial] since #016 are being published by numerous national Internet Networks.

Below again are listed the original four (4) Felonious Lawyers, each of whom is a sworn Officer of the Court, who were reported to you and to dozens of State Agencies in Edition 016 published on June 11th,  This list is followed by identification of three (3) additional Felons on the Nov Ballot who have been discovered since that time, and the details of their crimes.

Two (2) elected Judges are guilty of committing the crimes of Grand Larceny and Attempted Murder, and the other two (2) elected Officials are guilty of willfully attempting to conceal the commission of this Felony by their silence: the RockCo District Attorney, and his father, the NC Republican Party Leader in the NC Senate.

No action could be taken until recently because names of the 2 Felonious Judges were not known for 3 years, until they registered to run for re-election earlier this year.  Although thousands of elected Officials in NC -- who have sworn an Oath of Office to honor and uphold the NC Constitution -- well know about this crime committed by the State on 5 July 2006, not one single item stolen by the State has ever been returned. There is no Statute of Limitations for prosecution of Felons in an on-going crime.

In Edition 022, you were each reminded that all elected members of the NC General Assembly have been informed numerous times by Email over several years that the Legislature had passed some unknown Law used by these 2 Judges to justify commission of their Felony, which states that an accused person is presumed guilty by the State unless or until he may prove himself innocent of an unknown accusation. This presumption of guilt was justification for my unannounced and instant eviction from my home and business at 10:30 at night by armed Sheriff's Deputies on June 27, 2006.

Being one who was ordered to stand before a Judge 8 days later under this Law, I was not told of the possible outcome of this closed 'trial' held for the sole purpose of robbing me of everything I owned in NC, where no charges were presented nor proven.   The Short Session of the General Assembly having adjourned sine die at 5:33 am on 10 July 2010 -- without passing any specific change to this Law -- confirmed that all 170 elected Legislators are each guilty of being an Accessory After the Criminal Act.

The original 4 identified Felons are Lawyers licensed by The NC State Bar, which has refused to do its duty to disbar them.  All 4 are running unopposed on the Nov Ballot, and therefore, the voters of RockCo have been denied any possibility of removing these Felons from Public Office by their vote.  At this point in time, only you, Gov Bev and Chief Justice Sarah, have the ability to cause their removal from the Ballot, as is your sworn duty to do so.

===============================

Recently I sent an Email to the RockCo Board of Elections to get a complete list of Candidates running for office in Nov.  No response. I sent 2 reminders.  Nothing.  My 4th Email request was copied to most other County Boards of Election, hoping they might encourage Rockingham to comply with this simple request for Public Information, with a note that if it was not forthcoming, I'd report RockCo BoE to the State BoE.

Finally, after nine (9) County BoEs had responded saying they were not Rockingham (but some sent their Candidates list anyway), and some had contacted Rockingham, paid Director Jan Odell, whom I had worked with when I lived in Eden, sent this:

It is my understanding that Tina Cardwell responded to this and told you that filing ends tomorrow (July 16).  We cannot send you a complete list when we don't have one. We will send you a complete list on Monday, July 19th.  Janet Odell

Of course, if Tina Cardwell had in fact sent anything, Reminders would not have been necessary.  At 4:38 pm on Friday July 16th, Tina sent .xls files (which would not open) and a Link she claimed was to the information, but it was to the County Website instead.  Thereafter, the RockCo Manager was included in all correspondence.

My 5th Request brought forth a false statement that the County website was in fact correct, which it is not, and 2 PDF files which did NOT contain all Candidates.  This is the correct Website for Rockingham, as listed on the NC BoE Website, which apparently Rockingham County BoE does not know about: Rockingham County Board of Elections

I had asked a Public Official for specific information.  What I was sent was the equivalent of an Encyclopedia Link, saying "What you want is in there somewhere. Go look for it!" instead of simply giving me a Link to the proper page, which Tina knew absolutely, because she constructed it.

A 7th Request to provide the info was copied to the State BoE as I stated would be done on 4th Request if information was not forthcoming.  The State BoE chose to accept it as a formal Complaint for investigation.  The 7th made clear that Open Seats in the November General Elections which were listed on the Rock BoE Website included these which were highlighted for them:  1 Chief District Court Judge Seat, 1 District Court Judge Seat  The list of Candidates provided by Rockingham BoE after 7 Requests did NOT contain any Candidate names for these 2 seats.

And so, an 8th Request was sent again to many County and the State BoEs, County Manager, plus additionally to the 3 voluntarily appointed Members of the RockCo BoE, in order to update everyone simultaneously about the dishonesty currently afloat at the RockCo BoE, and the willful obstruction to access of public information someone is directing.
_______________________________________

So, after all that, perhaps I had a full list of Candidates to review. And that brought forth identifying three (3) additional Felons on the Nov Ballot, although unlike the 4 Lawyers, these 3 Candidates DO have opposing Candidates.  RockCo voters do have an option of using their vote for removing these criminals from Public Office.  They are:

<o>  Incumbent State House Representative Nelson Cole, Democrat of the 65th District.  [Fair Disclosure: My wife Joyce (before and after she was Chair of the RockCoDem Party) and I worked often raising funds and working to elect Nelson several times to the General Assembly.]  Nelson, like for all Legislators, has been made fully aware of these crimes by Email, over several years, as evidence was discovered.  Nelson has not acknowledged his criminal intent to conceal this crime.

<o>  Incumbent State House Representative Bryan Holloway, Republican of the 91st District.  As reported in Edition o22, Bryan once wrote me asking what Law was involved.  I reported I did not know, but that I had sent him all info and would continue to do so.  Bryan never responded subsequently.

<o>  Incumbent Sheriff Sam Page, Republican.  Sam's Email address was only recently discovered, but he has received all pertinent information and evidence, and refuses to arrest any Felon involved in these crimes.

The only innocent local Candidates on the Nov Ballot appear to be 4 for 2 County Commissioner seats, 4 for 2 Soil & Water Board, and 10 for 5 School Board seats, plus challengers to Incumbents listed above.  So far as I know at this point, I have not been sending Editions to them, tho I would have if I had their Email addresses.  The one exception is Democratic challenger Ed Gambill, whom I had supported in several elections to defeat Republican Felon Bryan Holloway, for a District which lies mostly in neighboring Stokes County.  And, snail mail occasionally was sent to Incumbent Commish Candidate Bobby Stanley whom I helped elect to Office, who has no Email.

[Fair Disclosure about Stokes County:  I taught dozens of weekend Stained Glass Workshops for pay for the Stokes County Arts Council over a dozen years before I was dumped by order of the Criminal Republican Stokes County Manager Bryan Steen, with approval of the Criminal Republican County Commissioners.  Simultaneously, dozens of pieces of my glass work were removed from the Stokes County Art Market -- which two decades ago I spent weeks physically voluntarily re-modeling as the original Art Market.  Without my knowledge nor permission all my glass was removed and mailed 25 miles back to me, incompetently packed, arriving with broken and ruined glass.  There is a rumor that Stokes County took out some kind of Restraining Order against me, but I have never seen it, nor have I any idea why they would do such a thing.

All inventory numbers had been stripped from my work, and no inventory list included, by order of the Criminal Director of the Arts Council, Eddy McGee, so that I would not be able to file an insurance claim for the destroyed works.   When I appealed to the Stokes Co Arts Council Board of Directors for a copy of their Minutes relating to this matter, the Criminal SCAC Corporate Board got instructions from the State Arts Council, which advised that because they were a private non-profit Corporation, they could deny me access unless I filed for and was awarded a Court Order, because I was not currently a paid SCAC Member, although in past years I had been.  I'm apparently related to John Stokes, the Federal District Judge which Stokes County was named after, a severely wounded Revolutionary War Captain.]

I am claimed to be an awful person if I ask guilty people to play fair and be honest: not a team player.
________________________________________

And so, added to 4 Felonious Lawyers on the Nov Ballot in RockCo are 3 more Felons, bringing the total to seven (7).  Likely, Gov Bev and Chief Justice Sarah, you may try to weasel out of your responsibility to remove these 3 newly identified Felons from Public Office, and from a published Ballot list now containing 7 known Felons, claiming the people of RockCo have an opportunity to vote 3 criminals out if they wish.  This, of course, is a lame excuse.

But neither of you can excuse yourselves for allowing the 4 long-known Felonious Lawyers to continue holding high positions in the RockCo Justice System.  And to continue to allow these criminals to run for guaranteed re-election this November, grossly abuses your own Oath of Office.

If you fail or refuse to act positively to rectify this situation by July 30th, then each of you will be publicly awarded the following permanent prefix to your titles:  The Dishonorable Gov Bev and The Dishonorable Chief Justice Sarah.

________________________________________

FAIR WARNING:  Failure to honorably resolve these issues by the extended Deadline of 30 July 2010 shall remove this Case from State Jurisdiction, and shall reactivate Federal Jurisdiction, by submission of all evidence discovered and gathered to date.

As previously published, a Preliminary Filing of this Case was submitted from exile to the United States Supreme Court by Registered US Mail #7004 0750 0002 5775 6821, and accepted by Office of the Clerk, Supreme Court US, on July 1, 2007.

There is no Statute of Limitations for an on-going crime.

2)   In the absence of carrying out incarceration of the above criminals by no later than 30 July 2010,  that both Governor Perdue and Chief Justice Parker immediately resign from every elective or appointive Office of public trust which they may hold, and that they surrender themselves for incarceration without bail to the nearest Federal Marshall, or at the US Attorney's Office EDNC, 310 New Bern Avenue, Raleigh NC.

Still hoping Gov Bev will do the right thing.

[Judges-on-Trial] 024:   To Dis- or not to Dis- ?

On the 4th Anniversary of committing the crimes of Grand Larceny and Attempted Murder by a sitting Judge in Rockingham County NC, at which time the State of NC stole everything I owned, NC Gov Bev and Chief Justice Sarah were given a deadline for removing 4 known Felonious Lawyers, including 2 sitting Judges, from an Election Ballot where they each had no opposition, and therefore RockCo voters could not throw these criminals out of Office on November 2nd.

A Reprieve was granted for 25 days to allow more time, and 3 more non-Lawyer Felons were identified on the same Ballot.  If the new deadline of July 30th passed without fulfilling their Oath of Office, then I said I'd forevermore refer to them as The Dishonorable Gov Bev and The Dishonorable Chief Justice Sarah.

That generated some gentle discussion from several readers:  did such a title disrespect the Office or the Felonious Officeholder?  After some more soul searching, here's my decision:

Since the title Honorable is not often used except in formal situations, in order not to offend some readers, I will attach Honorable to each Email address and to each title of guilty Honorable Public Officeholders.  That way, whenever you see Honorable SO&SO, you know my use of it is purely facetious, waggishly intending to mean Dishonorable, like being forced to call a Judge "Your Honor" when you know he has none.
___________________________

Honorable Chief Justice Sarah administers Oath of Office to new Honorable Gov Bev in Jan 2009. The Oath, similar to those taken by all NC Public Officeholders, promises to honor the North Carolina Constitution, which requires them -- no matter what Office they hold -- to report crimes which they become aware of in a timely manner. Honorable Gov Bev has refused to release the content of the Oath she swore.  What she swears at on a personal basis probably does include my name, with a reference to my parentage, and the Almighty.
___________________________

Part of the dishonor Honorable Gov Bev brings to her Office, in addition to failing to honor her Oath of Office, is this statement, sent as a return Email to those who contact her:  "If you submitted a question or request for assistance, we look forward to following up with you in a timely manner."

Of the 213 times that Honorable Gov Bev has sent me this promise, those times which she has had anyone do a follow-up with me is an astounding number:  Zero.

You can have Honorable Gov Bev lie to you, too, simply by sending any Email -- even a blank one with NO Subject specified -- to governor.office@nc.gov  I just tested this out.  Got the same message back to an empty Email.  Hummm.  Q: How is she going to refer that one to anyone?   A: The same way she does all of them:  not at all.

Honorable Gov Bev has lied hundreds more times in Emails that I've collected as evidence, to requests sent from many different Email addresses.  Works like a charm, every time.
__________________________

Here's how Honorable Gov Bev keeps us all laughing at jokes she makes. Her lackey over at NCDP HQ, StateDemoPartyChair and Slumlord David Young sent this on Aug 4th as a one-item Special Edition Party Newsletter, to toot the horn of Honorable Gov Bev because she put him in as the Honorable Blue Dog Dem Chair to block 4 years of Progressive destruction from the Honorable LGBT StateDemoParty Chair and Lawyer Jerry Meek.  Here's what this Honorable State Chair wanted everyone to know:

Dear (no name was specified)

I wanted to take a moment and make sure you knew that earlier this week Gov. Bev Perdue signed ethics and good government legislation into law to help restore confidence in our state's government.

Democratic state lawmakers crafted and approved an ethics bill that . . . expands personnel information that must be released to the public about state employees so that we can level the playing field and get a better account of who is working for the people of this state.

In signing the ethics and good government legislation, Gov. Bev Perdue said: "If you've got the good of the public at heart, then there is no place in this enterprise for personal gain."

No truer words have been spoken. I am proud to be a Democrat and I am proud of Gov. Perdue and the Democratic leaders for their good work in making this legislation the law of the land.

Sincerely,  David Young

=====================================

What made this Newsletter so laugh producing was 3 fold:  1) Honorable Blue Dog David Young is the 2nd most unethical State Democratic Party Chair in history, allowing Jerry Meek's illicit Progressive Groups to continue to lie, cheat and steal from the Party for an additional 1 1/2 years;

2) Honorable Gov Bev will see to it that no one uses the State for personal gain, but she is fully in favor of the State using crooked Honorable Judges to steal anything the State wants from any person or any business;  and
.
3) every single one of 170 Honorable Legislators who voted for or against this omnibus Ethics Bill knows full well that they have also made some Legislation the Law of the Land which encourages all Honorable Judges  to steal from citizens whenever they choose to, with impunity.  Such Honorable Felons may register to re-run again for Public Office with the full blessing of Honorable Gov Bev and Honorable Chief Justice Sarah.
____________________________

When it became clear that Honorable Gov Bev would not forward any of my Pleas for Help to anyone in State Government -- even tho she promised me repeatedly each week, in writing, that she would -- I decided to start Emailing Honorable State Agencies directly, hoping I might find at least one (1) which followed Ethical Standards of honesty and decency.  Some, like 170 Honorable Legislators, have been individually getting 23 Reports for the past 17 months.  Other Honorable State Agencies have been receiving all 8 evidentiary Editions, beginning with #016 on 11 June 2010.

Future [Judges-on-Trial] Editions will layout the full extent of guilty parties to these crimes.  Each person listed below is an employee of Government, paid from Taxpayer funds.  Each one has sworn to the same or a similar Oath of Office as did Honorable Gov Bev.

Each of these Top 35 Indicted Honorable State/County/Federal Employees listed below in this Round One is guilty at least of failure to honor their Oath of Office, on up to willful conspiracy to conceal knowledge of a felonious crime. (presented alphabetically by Honorable Indicted last names.)

[Judges-on-Trial] 025:  Eight behind the 8 ball

"Behind the 8 ball" is a colloquial expression taken from a game of Pool, which essentially means: in trouble, stymied or thwarted, in an awkward position, or out of luck.  While it's exact origin is much disputed, anyone finding him- or herself idiomatically "behind the 8 ball" knows it when they sees it. See Kelly_pool

To the 7 Felons previously discovered as Incumbents on the November Ballot in Rockingham County NC, there is now added an 8th, an Officer of the Court who has participated in crimes of Grand Larceny and Attempted Murder:   J Mark Pegram, unopposed Candidate for Clerk of Court.

Sorry, Mark, if you thought you had escaped punishment for your crime.  As the sitting Clerk of Court who lied to my face the second day after I was suddenly evicted from my home and business without warning of any kind, you of all people, know that this Felony was committed by the State of North Carolina 8 days later, which makes you an Accessory Before-  and After-a-Felony-Crime for attempting to cover up for 2 guilty Judges with your silence.

And now, your name is found on the November Ballot with them, expecting that known Felons who think they got away with their crimes can be re-elected to Office to continue to mutually cover for their criminal behavior.  Here's a review of the criminals which Janet Odell, Director of the Rockingham Co Board of Elections, recently claimed were on the Nov Ballot:

Eight  (8) elected Felons who have violated their Oath of Office.

Seven (7) Felons who are residents of Rockingham County.

Six      (6) Officers of the Court who are each guilty of a Felony.

Five    (5) Felons who have no opposing Candidate on the Ballot.

Four   (4) Lawyers  The State Bar refuses to charge with their crimes.

Three (3) Legislators aware that their law allowed this crime to occur.

Two    (2) Judges who signed Orders, stealing everything I owned.

One     (1) District Attorney who refuses to prosecute any of these criminals.
_____________________________

During the 6 years I made the city of Eden my residence in Rockingham County, I ran my small business and tended my garden at my pleasant and comfortable home.  Since I was putting down my roots for the last time with a wonderful woman I'd married among family and friends in our backyard there, beneath pear trees from which I made wine served at out wedding, I started attending meetings of the local Democratic Party, becoming active in electing local officials.

Of the 8 Felons on the November Ballot, I actively worked to elect the Democratic Clerk of Court Mark Pegram, and State House Rep Nelson Cole.   I worked to defeat Republican Candidates, including NC Senate Minority Leader Phil Berger Sr, his son District Attorney Phil Berger Jr, State House Rep Bryan Holloway, and Sheriff Sam Page.

The remaining 2 Felons, both District Court Judges, I did not know anything about, had never met, and do not know to this day what Party they belong to.

In addition, Felonious Judges I actively supported and worked with who are not on this Nov Ballot are Democrats Chief Judge Ed Wilson, my neighbor Superior Court Judge Rick Stone, and retired Superior Court Judge Melzer "Pat" Morgan Jr.

The only 2 people in this tangle of lies on the Ballot who I did not know at all were the 2 Judges who activated this crime, Stanley Allen and Frederick Wilkins.  I did not know their names until last Spring when they signed up for re-election on this November's Ballot, referring to them for years in my writings as the Anonymous Judge(s).

For the longest time, I was not sure if this was one Judge who signed 2 Orders, or 2 different Judges, because neither the 2 Sheriff's Deputies who evicted me at 10:30 at night, nor Clerk of Court Mark Pegram who I went to see at the Courthouse the next morning, could read the scrawl of the Judge who signed my eviction Order.  I have decided it was 2 different Judges, although I could be wrong.

A brief summary of these interactions

At about 10 pm on June 27, 2006, I was working in my office in my home at 541 S Hamilton Street in Eden NC when I noticed out the window a car with headlights on parked for some time at the curb near my rear driveway on Seymour Court.  I went to the back door to go see what it was, and 2 armed Sheriff's Deputies came thru under my grape arbor. I asked what they wanted.  One asked if I was (stated my full name). I said yes, and they continued up on the small deck I had built at the back door.  They seemed embarrassed and confused, one saying they were out in their car so long because they thought they were at the wrong address.  A prominent Lawyer and a Superior Court Judge lived on one-block long Seymour Court.  The neighborhood caused their confusion.  Clearly, they were used to delivering such eviction Orders in the dead of night to poor neighborhoods.

LEFT: Corner of deck where Deputies sent by Order of Honorable
Judge Stan Allen arrived to evict me.  I built deck to replace rotting
steps for our marriage which happened a few feet away.
Bridesmaid: Adrienne, Joyce's daughter; Best man, Brinkley, my son.
In attendance, my former wife and her former husband and mother.
All were swept out of my life forever by Order signed by Honorable
Judge Fredrick Wilkins on 7/5/06.

The Deputy who had a voice said I had to leave my home, immediately that Tuesday night, and that I could take only my toothbrush, shaving gear, and some clothing.  Having just returned from teaching an out of town weekend workshop for an Arts Council 2 days before, and with followup work to do, I said this was my business, and I needed my business records.  He said I could not have them, not even phone numbers, but could go to the Clerk of Court the next day and he would allow me to return with a Deputy escort. They insisted that if I refused to go they would arrest me.  One said this was not a criminal action, and that I would not be arrested if I cooperated.  Since I knew the Clerk of Court personally, I decided to straighten this out tomorrow.

He asked if I had a weapon in the house.  I told them I had never owned a gun.  They both followed me upstairs to our bedroom, as the one with a voice read poorly from some papers in broken run-on phrases which made no sense as I collected my gear. I was forced to turn over any keys I had to my home and to my business Studio building.

Frightened and totally shaken by their threats of arrest, I went to a service station and I bought my first pack of cigarettes in decades. (I wasn't able to stop smoking for 3 years, until 30 Mar 09, when taxes were going to double the price on 1 Apr.  My choice: cigarettes or food.  I choose food.)

But back on that fateful night in 06, I drove to nearby VA to find a motel for the night, chain smoking all the way.  A winemaker, I refused to go to alcohol for comfort, needing to keep my brain clear.  I felt safer being in another State, but not by much.

The next morning, I drove to the Courthouse in Wentworth, taking a long way around to avoid driving thru Eden.  I located Mark, the Clerk of Court, and said I needed to get into my home to attend to business, and that I had been promised he could arrange it.  He said, no, that the Deputies had lied to get me out of the house.  He looked at the papers I handed him, and said I had to appear in Court on July 5th, and that nothing could be done until then.

He said that if I could not afford a lawyer, one would be provided.  He pointed out Joe Maddrey and Doug Hux who were passing thru the outer office, but I said no.  Joe lived across the street from me, and I worked with Doug in the Democratic Party.  Mark said he could do nothing, and if I made any attempt to retrieve my business property, I would be arrested and jailed, that I had to wait until July 5th.

Using what little cash I had, from my VA motel (it was too horribly hot to sleep in my van) I wrote to some of my adult glass students, asking them to loan me $20 each, and enough did that I continued to eat that week.  To save money, for 3 days, including the 4th of July, I camped out near the much cooler Blue Ridge Parkway in my van, taking a motel room the night of the 4th to clean up.  I eventually paid back each student, as promised, except for one anonymous donation.

When I arrived at Court at 9 am, a Judge I'd never seen moved my case to the afternoon in a smaller courtroom.  I went to hang out in a public library not in Eden, where it was air conditioned. That same Judge cleared the courtroom before my case began.  He refused to allow me a lawyer, saying I had to defend myself.  No one told me what charges were being brought against me. As my prosecutor, this Judge coaxed the only witness he presented against me, and refused to allow me to cross-examine her.  Without knowing what he wanted, why I was there, nor what the consequences could be, he cut my attempt at testimony short, saying he had made his decision.  He said I could not have my business property, nor anything else I owned in North Carolina.  If I made any attempt to retrieve my business property, or anything I owned, I would be arrested and jailed.

I went to stay with a couple I knew in VA.  Not knowing what else to do, I filed End of Business papers for my quarter-century old Lightworks Studio with the NC Dept of Revenue, and attempted to open a new business, Regeneration Glass with help from friends in VA.  I was desperate to keep my essential business contacts going for my only source of income.

The State of North Carolina had stolen all of my business property, including my stock glass, finished inventory, tools, kilns, and all records I needed to file 2006 State and Federal income taxes.  The State of North Carolina stole my federal Passport and all other personal property, including retirement savings, furniture and other things which had belonged to my parents, and collections from a lifetime of teaching in Colleges and Universities.  The State of North Carolina stole my garden in Eden, 6 years of my improvements to the Eden House and Studio, and destroyed my family. To this day, 4 years and 50 days later, not one single item which the State of North Carolina stole from me has ever been returned.

I have tried to deny that this bothers me, when it did;  deny that it affects me, which it does;  tried to move on without looking back.  But such denial does not serve any useful purpose.  Just being able finally to look at this like an outsider would, without being reduced to inaction by the pain of it, has taken years.  I can face what happened, even when the criminals who caused it cannot.
________________________________

When the 75th Anniversary of Social Security occurred last Saturday, Aug 14th, a wave of realizations swept over me.  First, that SS is only 6 years older than I am.  Second, that it was the Liberals of that time who fought hardest to defeat SS.  Liberal-Criticism-of-Franklin-Roosevelt-and-The-New-Deal

And Third, that if it were not for FDR fighting to pass SS, I'd be living under a bridge, or dead by now, due to actions of these Felons of Rockingham County.  My re-started business collapsed with the Global Economy, taking with it my invested savings.  Now I live, for the time being, in poverty without healthcare, exclusively on Social Security and a borrowed veggie garden I have expanded each of 3 seasons.  I'm currently canning food for this Winter.

I understand from the aftermath of the Felonies committed by the State of North Carolina in that courtroom on July 5th 2006, that it was fully the intent of the anonymous lawyer clinging to the rear wall in that emptied courtroom (who I fully believe had exparte conversations with Judge Wilkins prior to hearing my case), that everything I owned should be stolen from me, and that I would die in poverty from the trauma which they chose to induce.  That was the plan.  There is no other rational explanation for the crime which occurred that afternoon, which I was forced to watch unfold.

This case has been reported by snail mail and Email hundreds of times to dozens of NC Agencies and Public Employes, specifically most recently in evidentiary detail to the Honorable NC Governor and Honorable Chief Justice of the NC Supreme Court, and hundreds of other Judges and lawyers both inside and outside NC.  Absolutely no one has lifted a finger to examine the injustice of this case, nor to investigate the Felony Crimes which were committed.  Now, Felons are on the Nov Ballot.  Five Felons cannot be defeated by RockCo voters, because they have no opposing Candidate.

The 8 Ball which they are all hiding behind for protection is Honorable Governor Bev Perdue who is fully aware of all crimes committed by each of her State employees.

Because FDR struggled with his polio twisted body to secure protections of Social Security for people like me who he would never know, my murder by Honorable Governor Perdue, and those who serve her, has thus far been thwarted. According to Honorable Judge Wilkins' original plan, I should be dead and gone by now, and he free and clear of his crime.

FDR rests in Heaven, a whole spirit free of his pain, as his reward for what he did for us while here.  Beverly Perdue, Sarah Parker, Fredrick Wilkins & Stanley Allen, and all the others who fail to receive equal Justice in this lifetime, shall enjoy their deserved Justice of Eternal Hellfire in the next, if there is a just God in this Universe.

For the record, I shall continue to call these criminals Honorable, because it is the very last thing they could ever be.
