This is a continuation of an investigation into the disclosure last month by Rockingham County NC Board of Elections Director Jan Odell that 8 Felons were registered for re-election to their Offices on her November Ballot, 5 of them without opposing Candidates, prohibiting voters from voting them out of Office.

The Offices held by these Felons, guilty of participating in the crimes of Grand Larceny and Attempted Murder, include Candidates for the Offices of 2 District Court Judges, Clerk of Court, District Attorney, Sheriff, 2 State House Representatives and the State Senator who is Senate Minority Leader.  All have participated in the crimes, either directly, or as accomplices attempting to cover them up. Four are Lawyers which The State Bar refuses to disbar.  Two are Democrats, 4 are Republicans, and the 2 Judges who committed these crimes are unknown.

Fair disclosure:  When I lived with my new wife in Rockingham Co happily for 6 years, we actively helped elect the 2 Democrats, worked actively to defeat the 4 Republicans. We actively worked to elect 2 Democratic Superior Court Judges, both personal friends, one living a block away.  It was our neighbor Honorable Judge Richard Stone who got my wife involved in politics, she being forbidden to by the Hatch Act until she retired from her Federally funded Extension Service job.  Rick asked her to coordinate the Kerry-Edwards campaign in the County.  I never met nor knew the 2 District Judges until they conspired, in the name of the State of North Carolina, to steal everything I owned on July 5th, 2006, including all my personal and business property, casting me into poverty. 

Thru a 4-month long attempt by the then Democratic Party State Chair, a Lawyer, to silence my exposure of his deep corruption of the Party, which included gross mismanagement of Party funds and resources for his personal political goals, he managed to fire my innocent wife as Chair of the Rockingham County Democratic Party Chair in an attempt to silence me, at a Monday night meeting held on the night before I was evicted from my home and business by force on Tuesday night.

Although hundreds of NC Public Officials know of this crime -- because description of it has been repeatedly Emailed to them for years as elements of it were discovered -- not one single item has ever been returned.  My presumption is that all has been destroyed, because it was evidence of this crime.  My Email warnings to hundreds to preserve the crime scene were ignored.

The 2 Judges who committed this felony, Honorable Chief District Court Judge Frederick Wilkins and his pre-trial accomplice, Honorable District Court Judge Stanley Allen who presumably signed the eviction Order, are, by definition, both sociopaths. 

The State of North Carolina is supposed to protect its citizens from such criminals, but instead abdicated its responsibility under the NC Constitution, as evidenced by each of seven (7) Officers of the Court threatening me with arrest and jail if I did not cooperate in their theft of all that I owned, beginning with 2 armed Deputies sent by sociopath Honorable Judge Allen, who showed up at my home to evict me without warning at 10:30 at night on June 27, 2006.  I had been presumed guilty of some unstated crime by Honorable Judge Allen, until I might be able to prove my innocence in court before sociopath Honorable Judge Wilkins 8 days later.

I was charged with nothing.  I was convicted of nothing. I was promised a lawyer, but not allowed one by Honorable Judge Wilkins.  I was not allowed to cross-examine the only witness that my prosecutor, Honorable Judge Wilkins, presented against me in a private trial held in a courtroom he had cleared of witnesses to his crime. 

No one ever explained to me until after Honorable Judge Wilkins had signed an Order and left the courtroom that he had just stolen everything I owned, and that if I tried to retrieve anything, including my business records needed to file state and federal tax returns, I'd be arrested and sent to jail.  Included in the theft, beyond the State's denial of access to personal and business property, was my Cornell retirement fund of over a hundred thousand dollars. 

According to State Law, NC District Courts cannot handle cases involving more than $10,000.  This Law did not deter either of these sociopaths, Honorable Judges Allen and Wilkins, from stealing all property from my home and business, worth far in excess of $10,000.

Until they registered last Spring for re-election, I did not know the names of these 2 Judges, and therefore could do nothing but write about it, having to refer to them as the Anonymous Judge(s).

Ordinary sociopaths are not to be confused with wild-eyed Hollywood portrayals of maniacal psychopaths.  Quite the contrary is true of sociopaths, who some professionals consider to be a subset of Narcissism. There is a clear definition of sociopaths by their behavior in a book I've recommended many times, by Dr Martha Stout:  The Sociopath Next Door - 1 in 25 ordinary Americans secretly has no conscience and can do anything at all without feeling guilty.

Successful sociopaths are almost invisible, because they learn how to hide their lack of conscience so well as they gravitate to positions of power and control, like a moth drawn to a flame, such as Heads of organizations, corporate CEOs and Judges.

Because a sociopath has no conscience, it cannot feel guilt, nor remorse, like the other 96% of us can.  Successful  sociopaths recognize early on their deficiency, and study us to learn how to imitate what they cannot feel.  And/or they gravitate toward professions where conscience and remorse play no part in their success.

George Bush and Dick Cheney are certifiable sociopaths.  They never felt the least remorse nor responsibility for the millions they've murdered with their lies.

Sociopaths develop auto-response behavior whenever they think they are being exposed, to divert attention away from themselves.  The most common trick, and the one which is a key identifier, is their ability to play for pity.  They know, at a visceral level, that if they can turn initial uncertainty into pity, that ordinary people cannot feel anger toward someone they pity.  Playing the pity card is as unnoticed and automatic as breathing.

Sociopaths are found in as small a group as a family, or as Executive Directors, all the way up to Supreme Court Justices.  Wherever there is the possibility to assume power over other people, sociopaths will be found.   Becoming a Judge is an automatic career/hideout.  It's entirely possible that half the sitting Judges at any point in time are certifiable sociopaths.

In North Carolina, as in other states, anyone wanting to drive a car must take a test to prove they understand the Law, but there is no such training for Judges.  They do not go to school to study how to be a Judge.  There is no earned degree to be a Judge, no tests to take.  Most critically, they do not have to pass any kind of psychological examination.  That's true of District, Superior, Appellate and Supreme Court Judges and Justices.

As a result of this failure, Lawyers who often cannot make it as Lawyers run for Judgeships, entering at the bottom and working up for a steady, guaranteed income.  There are no qualifications for running to become a Judge.  All anyone has to do is sign up at their County Board of Elections and run.  Boards of Elections do not test any Candidate for anything.

Judges are supposed to be non-partisan, which is a huge lie. Because no one knows anything about Judges running for office, in order to even remember their names, County Political Parties hand out cheat sheets to voters showing which Judges are members of their Parties.  Judges are not supposed to openly campaign and raise donations like other Candidates, but this just means that buying Judges is easier than ever, all done out of sight.  I've been to several fundraiser events for RockCo Judges.  Lotsa local lawyers show up who want favorable opinions from the Honorable Judges they donate to.

There is a State Agency called the NC Judicial Standard Commission.   This is another of the biggest lies that has ever been told.  There are absolutely NO Standards for Judges.  This Commission is a farce, which exists for appearance sake, and for the Governor to make patronage appointments of political supporters to yet another meaningless State Commission.

It's primary purpose is to have a place to divert any Complaints against Judges into trash files, never to see the light of day again.  JSC regulates nothing, and produces no Judicial Standards.

I tested this out in Nov 09, to learn how to file a proper Complaint against the 2 Judges who robbed me of everything I owned.   Once there was an obscure note on the Honorable NC Attorney General's Website which indicated The State Bar regulated Lawyers, and the Judicial Standards Commission regulated Judges.  My test was using a Lawyer in Wake County who was impersonating Judges on the Internet when they were running for advanced Judgeships.  Lawyer Lisa Grafstein was operating multiple Email addresses with Judges names on them, and she raised holyhell at me for sending them Emails -- which went not to them, but to her -- even when I wrote them to congratulate each one on their winning, as I did for hundreds of successful Democratic Candidates.

She maliciously Email bombed my computer with 500 Emails, intending to clog it and overload it with her smartass prank.  When I did a search, I was reminded she did it twice with fewer Emails a few years before.  I prepared a proper 19-page Complaint and mailed it to this Judicial Standards Commission.  Nothing. Not a word.  Months passed and I wrote again. Nothing.  I complained to the Attorney General.  I got back an Email saying that the Legislature refused to allow the AG's office to become involved in Judicial Matters.  The next time the NC Department of Justice website was re-designed, reference to the JSC was missing. The AG knew it was worthless.

But I did find an Email address for Paul Ross, a Lawyer paid by taxpayers to be the Executive Director of the JSC.  He refused to ever submit my Complaint to the Commission for review, addressing me as Mr Merrick.  I did get him to admit that his boss was the Honorable Chief Judge John C Martin of the NC Court of Appeals.  I filed a Complaint with The NC State Bar.  Nothing.  No one regulates bad Lawyers and rotten Judges, tho two State Agencies, with huge taxpayer budgets, pretend to.  Neither The State Bar nor his felonious boss Honorable Appellate Judge Martin will take any action against Lawyer & JSC Executive Director Paul Ross for refusing to do his job.

The Judicial Standards Commission has some Judges, some Lawyers, and some Lay people appointed to it, some of whom this Email is addressed to.  The JSC is absolutely and totally worthless, an enormous waste of taxpayer money.  It never does the job taxpayers fund it to do.

Regulatory agencies do not know how to recognize sociopaths, much less how to regulate their aberrant behavior.  There is absolutely no mechanism to filter out sociopaths who choose to hide out as Honorable Judges.  And here is the scary part.

A congenital sociopath cannot be fixed.  She or he was born without a conscience, just like being born without fingers or toes.  No operation can give them an artificial conscience.  It is not a disease treatable with pills.  It is not a mental condition which can be treated with therapy. They are deficient of a conscience for their entire lives.  They can never feel things of conscience that the rest of us feel.

Sociopaths are not crazy.  But they are diabolical.  They know the difference between right and wrong better than the rest of us.  They choose either one according to which tool gets them to their goal quicker, and choosing wrong over right never phases them at all.  There are millions of sociopaths sequestered in respectable positions all across America.

With 310 million Americans at present, some 12 million of them are sociopaths.  In Rock Co, nearly 4000 are sociopaths, which easily covers the 7 active/retired Judges and 65 Lawyers living there. Sociopaths far out number registered sexual deviants, although it's highly likely that sexual deviants are also sociopaths.  We'd be far better off registering sociopaths.

There is another kind of sociopath.  It develops as greed and desire extinguish a conscience, commonly found in highly competitive career situations.  Not all Wall $treet Bankers were born as sociopaths. In order to advance, any that had a conscience had to let it atrophy (die).  The higher they advance, the more they must strangle any life flow to their conscience.

Perhaps the best example is the career track for Corporate Executives.  No person with a conscience ever made it to become CEO of a publicly traded Corporation, ever.  A Harvard study during the Healthcare Debate showed that Health Insurance Corporations have regularly murdered 45,000 people each year by refusing them Health Insurance.  Millions more Americans are regularly tortured by Insurance Corporations by refusing to provide policyholders the health coverage they paid for.  Universal Single Payer Healthcare was the only remedy to remove these sociopaths from our national healthcare system, and it was the only solution which was not allowed by these sociopaths to be discussed.

Not one single Corporate Executive at any level of any Insurance Corporation has ever felt the least bit guilty for murdering people to increase profits.  They feel no remorse, nor any responsibility for the carnage and mayhem their Corporations causes on the road to higher stock prices.   And to prove it, CEOs demand billions in golden parachutes when their crimes become so outrageous and flamboyant that they must be kicked out.  It's a Pity Payment for getting caught. Oh, my.  John is losing his job.  Let's give him 2.7 billion dollars.

Ordinary people recognize behavior of sociopaths all the time, tho they do not know what to call it.  Sociopaths who graduate to psychopaths, and get caught, get sent away.  But most sociopaths quietly continue to do nasty things to people and never get caught.  These bottom-feeding Honorable Judges in Rockingham County do it all the time.  But they do it to poor people who cannot afford Lawyers to protect them, poor people who are so used to being screwed they gave up objecting along ago, those who have no voice.  Showing up in am NC District Court without a Lawyer is an open invitation to be Judicially raped.

But this time they worked their sociopathy on someone who does have a voice.

Honorable Judge Frederick Wilkins was taking instructions from an anonymous short black female Lawyer who stood the whole time in the back of the empty courtroom, and made signals to her Judge behind my back, as he carried out her wishes that I be robbed, with the hope that driving me into poverty would be enough to kill me.  I watched her when I was on the witness stand, showing approval or disapproval on her face for the Judge to see. Her client was the only witness against me.  It is now clear that she began coaching the witness well before I was evicted from my home and business.

It took me 3 years to learn the names of these sociopathic felonious Honorable Judges, and did only when they signed up for re-election in November.   I still do not know the name of the anonymous Lawyer, because she never introduced herself to the Court.  I believe she appears regularly before Honorable Judge Wilkins, had one or more conversations with him before the trial, and that they often work together, hand in hand.  I believe she is one of the Lawyers at Ciro, Ferguson & Stroupe, with Law Offices 2 blocks from my former home and business in Eden.

All three of these Honorable Lawyers shall be disbarred and serve hard prison time if at all possible, along with their favorite Honorable Judges.

Why will the Judges, Lawyers and Lay Members of the Judicial Standards Commission NOT remove felonious Honorable Judges that they know to be currently sitting on the RockCo Bench?  Very simple.  If they, or any of dozens of other felonious Honorable Judges across the State were to be removed for using a law the Legislature passed to steal from people, not only would Legislators be guilty of aiding and abetting the commission of Felony Crimes, but every case of any Judge so removed would have to be re-examined to see how many others he or she robbed from the Bench.

Imagine, for a moment, that you're returning to your home.  As you turn the corner, you discover that everything you once owned at your home is missing.  At your driveway stands a uniformed officer of the State.  He says you cannot stop here, to move along. If you disobey him he will arrest you and take you to jail.  He hands you your toothbrush and some clothes, and tells you you can have your vehicle and what's in it, but you are never to come to your home again or you will be arrested and jailed. 

But, you say, my business, my office and everything I have to earn a living is here.  Too bad, says the armed officer representing the State.  You shall never have any of that again. Be gone!  And never return.  That's the Law.

Q:  What country would you be in?

On November 2nd, 2010, eight (8) felonious criminals are asking voters in Rockingham County to return them to office.  Five (5) of these criminals cannot be voted out of office, because they have no candidate opposing them.  Essentially, they were re-elected at noon on February 26th by default, when registration closed at the local Board of Elections.

These five (5) include 2 District Court Judges who conspired to sign papers robbing you, the Clerk of Court who promised you the State would provide you a Lawyer which never happened, the District Attorney who refuses to prosecute any officers of the State who have for 4 years covered for these criminals, and his father -- Head of the Republican Party in the State Senate -- who passed whatever Law the Judges used to rob you, fully with the intention that throwing you into poverty would cause your death.

Three (3) other incumbent Felons who have token opposition on the Nov Ballot include 2 members of the State House of Representatives who support some unknown Law which allows the State to rob citizens, and the Sheriff whose armed night-riding deputies showed up without warning at 10 pm on June 27, 2006, and evicted you from your home and business forevermore.

Over a hundred thousand items were stolen from you by the State of North Carolina, on Order of an anonymous Judge 4 years ago, and not one single item has ever been returned.  Repeatedly, you issued warnings to every kind of State official you could reach that Felony crimes had occurred, and that the crime scene had NOT been secured.  You receive reports from friends that things were disappearing, like the steel flagpole you built and installed in your side yard to proudly fly your American flag. 

Your mail -- that which came to your home before you could figure out where to relocate safely in another State and change mailing addresses --  has been trashed.  Your federal passport was stolen, and every business record you need for filing State and Federal income taxes for 2006 was stolen by the State.  Because sales tax reports are due each month, you have no option but to shut down your successful NC business of a quarter-century, and attempt to reopen it again in another State, hoping to survive, investing a small savings account you were putting aside for your son's inheritance that you managed to rescue before the State discovered and confiscated it.  Your son's mother lied to him, and he will never speak to you again.  She attend your wedding in Eden, pronouncing a curse, saying, as she helped you dress, "Don't mess this one up!"  Your son was your best man.

Now that an outline of this crime and some of its effects has been established above, I'll shift from 2nd person to 1st person descriptions.  I am the 'you' referred to above.  I once had the blessing of a happy home with a wonderful new wife at 541 S Hamilton Street, where I had a garden in Eden.

For a while, before the collapse of the Global Economy, it looked like I might succeed in reestablishing an income from my new Regeneration Glass business, with the help of friends and former customers.  In the short run, I continued to teach stained glass classes in NC, and supportive adult students continued to show up.  But every time I drove across the line into NC, I wondered if I'd be arrested before I got my 2-day weekend workshops taught. Tho I taught classes in Counties adjacent to RockCo, I stayed clear of it, driving longer ways around to be sure.  Every single person representing the State I had had contact with in RocCo had threatened me with arrest and jail time if I ever came back to claim anything.

Was I paranoid?  Paranoia -- I learned when looking it up -- is an irrational fear that people are out to get you.  If people are out to get you, your feelings caused by being threatened are not paranoia.  They are auto-defensive feelings for self-preservation from real danger, like from Officers of the State who are out to steal everything from you.  A friend joked about paranoia this way:  "Just because you think people are out to get you, doesn't mean they are not."

I began reading a lot, trying to understand what kind of people would ever commit such crimes, without any pangs of conscience.  And that was the clue.  These people have no conscience. They cannot feel guilt, nor remorse, for any crime they commit.  They are called sociopaths.

It was my misfortune to stumble into a nest of them in RockCo, where approximately 4000 reside, according to statistics.  Sociopaths are comfortably tucked away inside every Judicial System in each of 100 NC Counties.

One in 25 Americans is a sociopath, and can do anything they wish without feeling guilty, totally unlike the other 96% of us. Becoming Judges and Officers of the Court is an excellent place for sociopaths to hide out, earning a living from the State, exercising their psychotic behavior fully under guise of the Law.  How could sworn Officers of the State possibly be doing something so wrong?  No one ever elected to Office is required to pass a psychological examination.

But dedicated sociopaths find other places to hide out and earn handsome salaries in private non-profit corporations as well.  The pinnacle of such attainment, I've found as a lifelong designer craftsperson educator, is as Executive Director of an arts organization.  I've worked with many dozens of them, and I can assure you that at least 1 in 25 are true sociopaths.  Until I was evicted from my garden in Eden, I knew something was wrong with them, but knew not what to call it.  In the arts, it's easy to conceal sociopathy, claiming the protective diversion of 'artistic temperament'.

For nearly 20 years, no matter where I lived, I offered Kiln-fired Glass Workshops in each Quarterly Catalog at the Sawtooth Center for the Visual Arts in downtown Winston Salem.  Sometimes these fusing classes filled, sometimes not.  My pay was based on how well they attracted students.  I worked under several different Executive Directors during that time, happily with each.  The only thing that bugged me about this old converted factory building was that it had no loading dock, nor elevator.  I had to load my van full with teaching stuff from my Studio, including 2 kilns, drive there a day ahead, and physically carry it all up the front steps to a dolly, then roll it to my classroom.  A very kind family gave me a vacant downstairs room in their home to stay in, she being a retired public school art teacher who also offered classes at Sawtooth.  Betti said it was part of their contribution to Sawtooth.

Around Thanksgiving for the last several years, Sawtooth sponsors a grand 4-day exhibition and benefit sale of a huge amount of craft people's work, taking a commission for Sawtooth.  My fused glasswork always sold well, and it was a welcomed topper to my income at the end of any year, to help make it over lean Winter months.  Sawtooth kept a third of what I sold, and that was good.  I continued to offer Fused Glass Workshops and to participate in Deck the Halls even after the Eden 'flood' washed everything away, but from my new VA Studio.  Because everyone was required to work 3 hours at the show, and I lived so far away, I chose to help take down after the show, when I could also pick up what was unsold.  Considering the cost of gas, I decided in 2008 that it would be cheaper to mail some hundred pieces of smaller glass work, and drive only once to pick it up.  As carefully packed as it was, the Post Office still broke 2 pieces.

While there, my class staff administrator said they had gotten a strange call from RockCo offering to donate all of my kilns to Sawtooth. I explained that if they did, Sawtooth would be recipients of stolen property.

Thinking more about it on the long drive home, I emailed the Executive Director, Sherri Nielsen, who had not bothered to introduce herself in the couple of years she had held that office.  By Email, I asked for details of the offer.  She refused, claiming she was a lawyer and that Sawtooth did not have to tell me anything.  In a polite series of Emails, I explained my request.  Each time Sherri became more belligerent.  Finally, in classic sociopathic style, she fired me on Christmas Eve 2008, ending a primary source of much needed income.  Sherri had joined the sociopaths in RockCo in their continuing desire to end my life.

She was asked to tell the truth about a criminal event which involved Sawtooth Center, a very simple thing for an honest person to accomplish. Unable to do so, Sherri retreated to a classic sociopath's defense:  destroy anyone who challenges you.

When I Emailed members of her Board of Directors and my former students, explaining what had happened, Sherri began playing the sociopaths classic diversionary defense, the Pity Card.  "Oh, look how this awful crazy person is picking on me!"  Her only defender was her girlfriend, another Executive Director, Sharon Nelson of Associated Artists of Winston Salem, which I also once belonged to as an Exhibiting Member, before her time.  Sharon rushed in with a long Email string of denials, claiming she knew nothing but defending her co-sociopath, eventually making threats against me if I told the truth again.  "I also know that the “current Sawtooth Executive Director” is a person of high integrity, excellent skills, who has impressed me again and again with her abilities to navigate her professional waters here in our community."

This is how sociopaths in RockCo built their network of support.  Not long after that, the Stokes Co Arts Council Executive Director joined the gang-up.  Stokes is a poorer county adjacent to Forsyth and Rockingham,where artists depended on the art scene in Winston for markets.  I had hand built the original Dan River Art Market interior as a volunteer some 20 years before, and had taught close to a hundred stained glass workshops for the Stokes Co Arts Council there over the years, drawing many students from Forsyth County where Winston was.  The Art Market thrived as an outlet for local artists and craftspeople, because the street in front of it was a major artery to the most popular Park in the State system, Hanging Rock State Park.

The latest version of the Arts Council offices I had designed for a previous Ex Dir, of which there had been many in this low paying job, where conservative County Commissioners resisted expansion, and drove them away.  There were only 3 rooms in this former corner Bank building in county seat Danbury, population 99.  Not counting the bathroom:  the largest room was a small gallery with a receptionists nook, who ran the Arts Council under several Ex Dirs. Then was the Ex Dir Office, and a room for supplies and a copier, where I slept Fri & Sat nights, doing so for years with everyone's knowledge.  Using their tiny fridge and a microwave to prepare meals from food I brought, we kept the cost of offering the classes low.  I was paid on the basis of the number of students I taught, with the Arts Council keeping a commission.  I would arrive the evening before, rearrange the gallery and set up tables, set up grinders and unload my van full of glass and supplies, teach 2 days, and spend a couple of hours cleaning and re-arranging before driving home Sunday nights.

I knew all of the previous Ex Directors, except this one.  I had met him, tho he made it a point to never be around when I was, not even in passing.  He was some kind of musician, not a visual artist.  Tho an independent non-profit corporation, SCAC is housed in a County owned building, which the current Republican Administration decided to remodel using prison labor, which took forever.  A room downstairs, which had always housed a County office from a rear entrance, was going to become the new Arts Council classroom.  The Ex Dir and his assistant showed it to me, and it seemed a great place.  No longer would I have to struggle with those 4 heavy 8' tables!

When I sent in my teaching schedule for the new space, allhell broke loose.  Apparently the Republican County Commissioners learned that I was sending Emails about corruption in the State Democratic Party into Stokes County.  Why this was something they objected to I will never understand, but Eddie told me I could not teach there because of them. Eddie said the Commissioners ruled that those who teach in Stokes County relinquish their Constitutional rights to Freedom of Speech.

Without notice, he had a hundred glass objects on sale at Dan River Art Market poorly packed in flimsy cardboard boxes and mailed them to me, insured, with only one layer of newsprint separating some glass work.  The problem was, he had stripped off all prices, and no inventory packing list was included, so I could not file a claim for the many destroyed works.  I wrote the USPS Inspector explaining what had happened, with Emails to the SCAC Board of Directors, and my fellow Art Market exhibitors.  

Going crazy because he might loose his job over this, he had his Board Chair contact the State Arts Council asking how to keep me from seeing Minutes of Board meetings.  SCSC only survived with grant support from the State, and sociopath Eddie had so botched things that his Board had grounds to fire him, with or without County Commissioner's approval.  Afraid I would come and ask for documents, Eddie panicked.  Afraid he had exposed his sociopathy, and to divert attention from his aberrant behavior and cover hisass with his boss the County Manager who paid his salary, I heard he had sworn out some kind of papers against me, which I never saw.

It was a truly tangled mess that Eddie had woven, not at all unlike what sociopaths normally do when they think their cover is blown.  He was there, in contact with everyone, manufacturing and distributing lies.  I was far away, blind to what was happening.  Eddie stirred up as much trouble as possible, all of which was intended to divert attention away from the only guilty party, the sociopath Executive Director himself.

One last example:  for many years I was a juried Exhibiting Member of the Southern Highlands Handicraft Guild on the Blue Ridge Parkway near Asheville.  Both my wife Carolyn, a doll maker, and I exhibited our work in each Guild Fair. At one Fair after a beany Mexican meal, Carolyn said her pain was not gas from the beans. We had arranged for craft friends from Black Mountain to stand by to pack out our exhibit booth if we had to rush 2 hours to the Rutherford Hospital where Brinkley was immediately born, in a birthing room were Blazing Saddles was playing on the TV, which she never let me forget.  Nineteen years later, Brink was my best man, and 5 years later after I paid his way thru App State, he vanished from my life forever.

I had work at Guild Shops in Asheville and at Cone Manor House near Blowing Rock, where I also was a repeat week-long craft demonstrator at both places.  All was fine until a conservative Guild Board -- made up exclusively of Craft Members -- fired the Executive Director because he was gay, which everyone knew for years.  Then the Board hired a woman from outside, who was unknown to anyone, based on one Member's recommendation.  Turned out she had been fired from several Arts Administrator jobs out in Colorado and other places, which she failed to disclose.  

I found out about this, and coupled with her grossly incompetent administration, called for her removal, as did many others.  It's a long story, but the upshot of it all was this was another sociopath hard at work, doing massive damage to the Guild with her strategy of divide and conquer, rallying staff and some vocal guild members to her pity cry for help.  

Unknown to Guild Members, I was visited by the US Secret Service at my home in Shelby, and later called by the SAC (Special Agent in Charge) and invited to take a lie-detector test in Charlotte.  The Guild Director had anonymously typed a long rambling letter to the Atlanta Constitution, threatening the life of the head of the Secret Service there, making reference to the Guild, knowing that because I was in an adversary relationship with her, she would direct investigators to me.  But, she failed in her goal.  I spent an afternoon locked in an interrogation room, learning about lie detectors, and sparring with Agents to learn more about what was happening, then said I was tired of all this fun and if they had no objections, I was going back home to Shelby.  And that was that.   

Well, not exactly.  She was fired -- protesting herself as an innocent victim -- by the President of the Guild Board who said he was advised by the Guild Lawyer to never tell why she was fired, leaving her free to move on to her next victim Arts Organization to wreck.

And me?  Before she was fired, she rigged a kangaroo court of her gathered defenders and in my absence had me expelled from my Guild. Some of my fellow Guild members know the truth, but most of these traditional mountain craftsmen are dead by now.  The younger college-trained Guild Members who have flooded in to take their places, never heard of this, and could care less.

It took the Eden 'flood' and my time in a Prison of Poverty with nothing to do but study and write before I learned what had been happening all my life.  Apparently, without knowing what I was doing, I became a magnet for drawing out sociopaths.  All I ever did was ask folks to be honest.  But asking a closeted sociopath to be honest makes them think you see thru their masquerade, and they automatically go into extreme emergency protection mode.   Whether it's a sociopath heading up the Mafia, or a non-profit Ex Dir, the behavior pattern is identical.  One day you're getting along fine, and the next you're being knifed in the back.  As you can see from the examples above, there is virtually nothing sociopaths will stop at to destroy anyone they think has discovered their secret:  they have no conscience.

Last week I had to have my second-only tooth pulled.  My black female dentist did an excellent job, tho she had to saw the top off and pull the roots out in 5 pieces.  It took half an hour but was painless.  She's good.  

The 3rd molar opposing it, its mate on the bottom, had been pulled 20 years ago. I asked to have each of them beforehand, not knowing this one would be coming out in pieces.  But they gave me all 6 pieces in a big blue tooth shaped plastic case with foam padding.  What a tooth casket, I thought riding home. Then I started developing an idea.

Since its mate of half a century was stolen by the State of NC from a drawer in my home in Eden, perhaps these 2 teeth should be reunited.  So, I've mailed the blue tooth casket containing the top part to Honorable Gov Bev.  The 5 root pieces I mailed to the sociopathic Felons named in the To: line above.  Each of the 5 RockCo Felons, who have been re-elected by default without opposition, will receive a printed copy of this Edition by snail mail, with their tooth part taped to it, printed on bright Prisoner Uniform Orange paper.  They want me dead, so here's a part of me no longer living.

Enclosed with each will be one of my hand fused glass Angels, born in Kiln-fire, to watch over them until they eventually show up for their reward of Hellfire.

When I die soon, these 5 can gather with Honorable Gov Bev and her other State Felons to celebrate my passing and the end of my exposure of their crimes, by bringing together all 6 pieces of this tooth, to reunite this one with its mate, hoping that a bit of sociopathic witchcraft will protect them from the inevitable.

But I outsmarted them.  I made a prior deal with the Devil.  Satan said if I helped bring attention to these sociopaths who chose to torment me in this life, He would allow me a sweet revenge.

Rest assured I shall be the last face you will see before you enter thru the Gates of Hades, staring into your sociopathic eyes as I hand you your last sip of water for Eternity.
